Below you can find a whole range of common questions in regards to how gorjuss ART works.. before making a purchase from the site, you should read these standard policies.


PLACING AN ORDER

Ordering at Gorjuss ART is easy! When you have decided what you would like to purchase, if applicable select a size from the menu and click "add to cart". Your selection will be added to the cart, which is visible in to the right of the page.. you can either choose to pay now or continue shopping. You can view and/or edit what you have chosen at any time by clicking on the view cart or checkout buttons at the right of the page. When you have made your selection click "checkout" and if you already have an account with us, you will be asked to login to complete your order.

If you haven't created an account yet it's quick and easy and means that next time you come shopping at gorjuss ART your checkout will be super fast! WE DON'T STORE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS!! All online payments are processed through Paypal, which means that we don't even see your bank details or any other such sensitive and confidential information.

You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment! (see 'Accepted Payment Methods' below...)



ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

gorjuss ART accepts most major Credit Card/debit card and paypal balance payments. We use Paypal to process payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment. Paypal simply handle the payments. When you get to the payment screen click on the button labelled "if you do not have a Paypal account click here" and you will be given the option to pay without needing a Paypal account.

*please note we do not currently accept e-check/e-cheque payments!



SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Various shipping options will be available depending on your purchase ( and the sizes of the goods you have purchased).. you will have the choice of shipping methods during checkout.

We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hrs (on working days) of the order confirmation email. We will email you again to confirm that your goods have been despatched. If your item is not in stock we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date, and get it to you asap!

If an item is returned to us by the Royal Mail as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances we are unable to offer any refund on your order, but delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you.

* Please note that gorjuss ART cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in the UK and when being posted to overseas locations. We recommend taking out a signed for/insured shipping service where possible.

Please allow up to 28 days for standard shipping. Courier delivery (3-4 working days worldwide) available at EXTRA cost ( please contact us BEFORE buying/paying if you wish this!) which is super handy for those last minute gifts !


SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

WE CAN SHIP WORLDWIDE!

International shipping is calculated at the checkout , please choose your shipping method carefully!

gorjuss ART is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

*Please note that our Downloadable products are exempt from the return/refund policy due to their nature. The following policy relates to all other 'physical' products.

You have 7 days from making your purchase to cancel your order, ( your statutory rights are not affected) - if your order has already been shipped then it needs to be returned to us in brand new condition before refund is made. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please email us in the first instance to resolve the issues, full refunds on receipt of returned goods or store credit offered. We are a fully fledged grown up proper business, and as such, your purchases are covered by EU law :)

gorjuss ART want you to be super happy with your order, but if you are not please let us know! While we have very high quality control over our goods, but we are human, and all goods are human made...

If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at sales@gorjussart.com within 7days of the shipping date on your invoice to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please do not send us the item back without at first emailing us, or your return may not get processed! For exchanges where there is no mistake on our part please respect that we have to ask to cover the postage of returning the exchanged item to you.

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
